TeamHealth recently announced the acquisition of Certified Anesthesia Services (CAS). Haverford Healthcare Advisors initiated this transaction and served as exclusive financial advisor to CAS.
Certified Anesthesia Services, based in Washington, D.C., has more than 40 physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) who manage approximately 28,000 cases annually through anesthesia management services for Sibley Memorial Hospital and seven ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
