Western Pathology Consultants is the premier provider of outpatient/inpatient anatomic and clinical pathology for Northern Nevada and the Eastern Sierra Nevada communities of California. Haverford Healthcare Advisors initiated this transaction and served as exclusive financial advisor to Aurora Diagnostics LLC.
